Crusing on P&O Pacific Dawn

August 30, 2010
Well we just got back from our 3rd family cruise with P&O and I'll tell you what ~ I'm so tired I think I need another holiday :)

If you have never been on a cruise before but have always wondered what to expect, then I'll tell you all about our experience.

We have found cruising to be very affordable. All the cruises we have taken have cost us no more than $100 per person per day. Yep! Thats $700 for a 7 night cruise. The costs include ALL meals, and the meals are massive, and after dinner shows and onboard entertainment. If you like to have a few beers like me, then thats extra and you can pay with your cruise card so theres no need to carry your wallet or purse around with you.

I remember in 2006 we wanted to go on a cruise but thought we couldnt afford it. I made a Mind Movie where I mentioned that we "cruise every year" and "holiday every 2 months" ~ I watched it, absorbed it, believed it and have been cruising every 2nd year since and at the best of times, we find ourselves holidaying every 6 weeks. Sure, its not exactly what I was focusing on in my Mind Movie but hey, I'm certainly not complaining. In my mind, its all good :)

The cabaret shows are awesome. There is also daily Bingo with huge prize pools, horse racing (passengers race on wooden horses - lol), Golf chipping and putting contests, Wii competitions, Galley tours, Art exhibitions and auctions and thats just to name a few. The theme nights are great fun as all the passengers get to dress up. Formal night, Country and Western night, Island night, Cocktail night ~ Ahhhhh wonderful times. The country and Western Ho-Down in The Dome nightclub was a hoot! Yeee-ha!

Kids clubs are also available with heaps of activities throughout the day and night to keep the kids busy. Shayla and Cori only went to kids club once on this cruise. It's free, but they were in different clubs due to their ages. Oh well. We all had fun hanging out together in the spas and eating and swimming in the pools and eating and exploring the ship and eating and enjoying the company of Nana and Pop - oh, did I mention the eating part?

Buffet breakfasts every morning, Buffet lunch or dine in lunch, afternoon teas, and the dinners! Man o man! 5 course meals every night. The crew are awesome. Definitely no cooking for me and I dont even have to make the beds. Our cabin steward does all of that for us. Wow!

We went to Noumea, beautiful Lifou and Port Vila (Vanuatu). We did the snorkeling again at Vila as we had so much fun last time and this time it was even better. Fish fed from our hands. Jumped off the boat. Patted a sea cucumber. Great stuff!

The hardest thing about cruising is coming home again. I now have to cook our meals and make the bed once again (well actually, my husband makes the bed hehehe ) Since my Mind Movie came true, maybe I should make a Mind Movie about having my own personal chef and maid. Hmmmm, got me thinking now.

And as for you dear reader, I hope you enjoyed my post. If you ever want to go cruising or holidaying in places that don't currently seem within your reach, I'm more than happy to make a personalized Mind Movie just for you!

Have a wonderful 'Now' and happy sailing to all.

The Captain

June 8, 2010

I am the Captain of my own boat called “Life”. The ride is smooth and wonderful. I do not use oars in my boat. I simply go with the flow of the Great River always and forever downstream.

At times a fellow downstream traveler and I will drift together. We sit in our own boats, side by side, and exchange joyous expectations about the ride. We encourage, inspire and uplift one another which makes The River flow...

3 a.m.

May 29, 2010

There's something about 3 O'clock in the morning. Have you felt it?

I stand out on the verandah with a nice hot chocolate and it feels like the whole world is asleep - except lil' ole me ;)

The only sounds are the gentle breeze whispering through the trees and the breathing of my dogs as their bodies lay still and peaceful while their soul's are off on some magnificent dream time plane.

I sigh. Relief perhaps. The silence consumes me as I sit back on the chair and gaze to the star studded skies....

How To Manifest Shoes ;)

May 19, 2010

Shoes! Who wants shoes? Do YOU want shoes? Im a magician you see ;) The other day my daughter got a rip in her shoe. She needed new shoes for school. Today the magic trick happened. Poof! There they were. 7 pairs of shoes suddenly appeared - all a size too big but still very cool nonetheless. Wanna know how it happened?

On Monday, my daughter told me that she needed new shoes for school and she showed me the rip in her sneaker. I "thought" to myself that I must go into town this week to buy...

Are you keeping up with YOU?

April 24, 2010

Here we are; living, breathing, touching, tasting, and feeling our way through this human experience. We're pretty amazing aren't we?

And just to think that not so long ago, we were hanging out 100% in the Non-Physical dimension.

We knew that by sending a piece of Ourselves forth into this physical environment, We would add to our own expansion and to that of the Universe and we would always have continuous contact with Us (in the Non-Physical)

So now we can say that we are here and We are There...

The Power Of Your Subconscious Mind

March 31, 2010
The Law of Attraction is a Universal Law that many find hard to balance.  It requires thought, focus and awareness. In theory, this should be easily achieved but if you have ever put these into practice, you may have found it quite difficult to master. In this busy world that we live in, positive thought, focus and awareness can be hard to implement in our daily living.

The law of attraction works ALL of the time so there is value in learning HOW it works. Otherwise it's like coming in...

Working Online With The Law of Attraction

March 11, 2010

Today, I would like to share with you 3 simple tips that you could apply to your online business, regarding the law of attraction. I hear some of you saying "What the…?" and that’s fine. That’s why the law of attraction (LOA) is a personal thing.

We’ve all got it. We all use it every second of every day. It’s not going away. We can’t get rid of it. There’s no denying it. We can choose to ignore it but it will still keep on working. May as well learn to use it to our advant...

Avatar Lifestyle

February 16, 2010

Thats it! I'm pulling the kids out of school, Pete's leaving his job and I'm throwing in the business. We're selling our house and all of our material possessions to buy four one way tickets to Pandora.

Yeah OK. So we just came back from watching Avatar - the latest 3D science fiction movie to hit the big screen. But do you know something?

Once upon a time television, microwaves, cellphones and not so long ago, the GPS were all just 'science fiction' stuff. Hmmm - makes you wonder!

I'd love to l...

Allowing Abundant Prosperity

January 17, 2010

How would you like to spend $1,000 today?

More importantly, how would you FEEL about spending $1,000 today?

Think about that for a minute.

How

Would

You

Feel?

OK. What if you spent $1,000 today and then you could spend$2,000 tomorrow and then $3,000 the next day and what if it just kept going on and on and on?

Now how would you FEEL?

Pretty darn good right?

The Universe doesn't know if you are playing a game or not. The Universe only answers the vibrations that you are offering. Alwa...

How Do You Like Them Apples?

November 12, 2009

My 10 year old daughter Shayla, is going on her first school camp next week. A few weeks ago she was a little bit nervous about being away from home and not knowing what to expect. Shayla is the kind of person who wants to know exactly what will be happening, when it will happen and what to expect. She's always relied on information to be the source of 'what to expect'

"What if I dont get to be in a cabin with my mates Mum"? she asked me last week. I answered "and what if you do"?

We sat down ...
