Awareness, Headaches And Our Crown Chakra

We are not human beings having a spiritual experience. We are spiritual beings having a human experience!
Our childhood upbringing and the ways of society can be very persuasive. The crown chakra energy plays a big role in what we currently understand and also, what we are open to understanding in a different way or from a different perspective.
The crown chakra is our doorway to our higher consciousness. The more we become aware of different things, the more "awakened" we become. As we grow in knowledge and allow all that is (without putting blocks on whatever 'it' may be), then we expand in consciousness.
Let's take a closer look at the crown chakra
The crown chakra is located at the top of the head
It relates to spiritual wisdom - our higher consciousness and awareness
When the crown chakra is balanced, we have a greater understanding of Who-We-Really-Are and our connection with Source/Universe/God.
Imbalances could be caused by not being made to question anything in life and therefore, not being able to think for oneself and simply fall back on what society tells us or what we have been told to believe from childhood.
When our crown chakra is blocked we could feel disconnected from the flow of life, confusion, and the days could seem meaningless and lonely.
When we begin to play with chakra energy, we will start to realise that this whole "energy thing" is very real.
We need to remember that first and foremost, we are spiritual beings so being able to tap in to spiritual energy is something that we are all born with because it is who we are.
Our spiritualness is here, playing through a physical body that many people choose to believe is the 'be all' and 'end all'
We are not our body. We are not our car or house or the clothes we wear or the money we make. This is simply all part of the human experience that we are here to play in.
We are spiritual beings having a human experience and when we remember this, then consciously using the energy that we have all been born with, becomes the natural thing that it has always been.
Question everything! Even this writing here! Play! Question! And ultimately, grow :)
