Here's a few tips

Choose pictures that make you feel good. Happy pictures that will make you smile.

If you are already at your desired body weight, then great! By reading it again, you will maintain your weight. If you have a few kilos that you would like to shed (like me) then write down a healthy body weight that you would like to see yourself as. You are the creator of your life.

How about money? How much would you like to make each day or month or year? In this movie we have chosen our words very carefully. Let me give you an example.

Lets say you wanted to make $600 every single day. Now say this out aloud and see what happens in your mind.

"I make $600 every day"

Hmmm! Believable? Or did a little voice pop into your head and say "what a load of rubbish"! OK, next say the words from our Mind Movie out aloud.

"I allow myself to make $600 every day"

That's better. No little arguement in the back of your mind. This statement allows our conscious and subconscious minds more room to move. They're not fighting with each other because this statement is the current truth. You are allowing these desires to come to you now. (and so it shall be)

I have added pictures of my loved ones to strengthen our unconditional love. Is there a "loved one" that you haven't met yet? Maybe they have blue eyes and black hair with a contagious smile. In this case, we can add a picture of blue eyes and another of a magical smile if you like. Whatever makes you feel good.

Is there a home you would love to live in? A car you would enjoy? A helicopter, aeroplane, lampshade, business, pet, swimming pool, pool table, recliner chair, necklace, chauffer, maid, the list goes on.

Where ever possible, try to have a photo of you with the thing you desire. Lets use a car as an example. If you have your eye on this certain car from a car yard down the road, ask to sit in the car or stand beside the car and have a friend take a photo of you. Sit in it. Take it for a test drive. Smell, feel, touch, taste whenever you can. Whenever you see that photo appear in your Mind Movie, with the carefully chosen words and the emotional music, you will remember the happy feeling that being in that car gave for you - or house - or chopper- or pool.....

This is YOUR MIND Movie. Open up your mind to all that you desire. Let imagination be your playground - a place where wishes come true.
